Ingredients
1 pint strawberries, halved and stems removed
16 oz Greek yogurt
1 cup chia seeds
1 TBSP maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp sea salt
Directions
Put strawberries in a tall glass jar and use an immersion blender to blend. Pour blended strawberries in glass storage container. Add yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla and salt. Mix together, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Scoop out and enjoy this protein and fiber rich treat! Can top with sliced kiwi and nuts. Can substitute a plant-based protein yogurt if desired.
