My cleanse program is about educating you around the way to use food as medicine.

It isn’t about starving your body, fasting, juicing, eating strange food combinations, or taking lots of supplements.

It’s about allowing the body to detox gently, yet effectively, to optimize your health.

It’s about letting go of what doesn’t serve your body anymore and reclaiming your power!

The body has a natural ability to detoxify. However, being constantly bombarded with toxins can overwhelm that ability.

As a result, your cells can’t function well, hormones become imbalanced, gut function decreases, and the body’s detoxification pathways can’t perform effectively.

I believe a successful cleanse requires flooding the body with nutrients that support the body’s detoxification pathways and removing the foods that interfere with those pathways.

If you don’t address inflammation by eliminating hidden food allergens or sensitivities and by eating an anti-inflammatory diet, you will never succeed at effective and permanent weight loss.

Do you know what your food triggers are?

Identifying hidden food sensitivities is one of the things you will
discover during this program.

Unlike food allergies, food sensitivities often go undiagnosed because they
often don’t produce a clear and immediate reaction.

When you eat food that your body is sensitive to, it triggers an immune
response and creates inflammation in your body.

What exactly will I be eating (and doing)?

The 14-Day Cleanse is a plant-based, whole foods plan that allows you to eat as many seasonal fruits and vegetables as you’d like, as well as nuts, seeds, legumes, and gluten-free grains. The program does not include pro-inflammatory foods such as gluten, dairy or sugar.

I provide recipes to keep things creative and delicious. And suggestions for when you are eating out or on the fly. All of the detailed guidelines will be sent to you in the cleanse materials.

I am also happy to cater to any allergies or special circumstances (such as pregnancy or breastfeeding).

This is a 14-day reset program that will help you explore what foods work best (and which don’t) to give you optimum energy, kickstart changes in your body, decrease inflammation, and help recalibrate your metabolism.

You will also gently remove toxins from your body. Toxins are stored in fat cells. The more toxins stored in your body, the more fat your body needs to hold on to. Once you remove the toxins, your body will be able to release excess weight if necessary. It will help you reduce the load on your detoxification organs.

I will take you step-by-step through a simple reset that will make a huge difference in how you feel.

You will be slowing down and making supportive lifestyle choices such as engaging in self-care practices that will allow you to reboot your body and mind.

I will provide guidance around mindfulness
and stress relief that will benefit you beyond the 14 days.

Will I be hungry on the cleanse?

Past cleansers tell me how full and satisfied they are during the whole program. You’ll be amazed how your hunger levels will change when you alter the foods that you are eating. There will be no counting calories or weighing foods.

The focus is on the foods I encourage you to eat. All of my meal plans are packed with balanced, tasty recipes that will likely become favorites of yours, even after the cleanse.

Will I really see results in just 14 days?
