Hawaiian Glow Smoothie

Yields
1 smoothie

Ingredients:
1.5 cups coconut water, water or unsweetened coconut or almond milk
2 handfuls of greens (kale, mixed greens, spinach, dandelion greens, etc.)
½ cucumber
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup pineapple (can be frozen as well)
1 tsp coconut oil
Juice of ½ lime

Directions:
Combine greens with liquid in a blender. Add other ingredients. Blend until smooth. Can add protein powder if desired. Enjoy!

Notes: Think of this as a healthy version of a pina colada!
