Creamy Rice Cereal

Breakfast

Ingredients
1/2 cup Brown Rice Farina Cereal (I like Bob’s Red Mill)
1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
3/4 cup water
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp sliced almonds (or any nuts or seeds you like)

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a pot, except almonds, and simmer for 5-8 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Sprinkle with your choice of nuts/seeds. Enjoy!
