1 large apple, shredded
1 beet, shredded
1/3 cup chopped walnuts, pecans or slivered almonds
1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1/4 + 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
