I offer 14-day cleanses each season to allow the body to detox gently, yet effectively, to optimize your health. Boosting immunity, decreasing internal inflammation, and supporting the liver, kidneys and adrenals is the foundation of this cleanse program.
The idea is that although our bodies are designed to naturally detoxify, modern life bombards us with toxins and pollutants like car exhaust, chemicals, plastics, pesticides and other environmental contaminants. Sadly this affects our water, air quality, and food supply.
Sugar, caffeine, alcohol and preservative-filled convenience foods also creep into our diets as good intentions slip over time. Cleansing allows your body to eliminate those toxins. A balanced cleanse restores energy, concentration and clarity of mind, glowing skin and hair, increased metabolism, balanced hormones and improved immunity.
Each 14-day cleanse is based on a plant-based, whole-foods diet and allows you to eat as many seasonal fruits and vegetables as you’d like, as well as nuts, seeds, legumes and gluten-free grains.
The program does not include animal protein (except wild fish), gluten, dairy or sugar. It also is full of rejuvenating self-care practices allowing you to reset your body and mind.
I provide a meal plan, with more than 35 recipes to choose from, as well as a comprehensive shopping list. I provide support before, during and after the cleanse to help you jump start healthy habits beyond the cleanse program.
