Ingredients
For the maple glaze:
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tablespoons coconut sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
For the salmon:
2 lbs wild salmon
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Whisk together all glaze ingredients and set aside.
Pat salmon with a paper towel to remove extra moisture then season with spices. Spoon the maple glaze over the top of the salmon.
Bake for about 14-15 minutes. Remove fish from oven. Pairs nicely with roasted Brussels sprouts. Enjoy!
