Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats (gluten free)
3/4 cup crunchy nut butter, unsweetened
1 scoop protein powder
1 TBSP raw honey
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, at least 70% cacao (or use cacao nibs)
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Combine oats, chocolate chips, flax seed, nut butter, honey, chia seeds and vanilla extract together in a bowl; form into balls using your hands. Arrange energy bites on a baking sheet and freeze until set, about 1 hour.
Store balls in container in freezer. Energy balls should keep fresh for 3 months.
