Do You Think You Have Food Sensitivities?

Do you feel that certain foods make you feel bloated, brain foggy, or even give you stomach cramps?

If so, your body may be trying to communicate with you.

Food sensitivities are on the rise – and many of us don’t even realize that we have them.

Unlike food allergies, food sensitivities often go undiagnosed because they often don’t produce a clear and immediate reaction.

But they may be at the core of many consistent symptoms that we have like digestive issues, skin problems, headaches, and brain fog. All of these in some form are linked in the literature to food sensitivities and gut health.

Each time you eat a food that causes an immune reaction (even a small one and without symptoms), your body activates its stress system. And we all know that stress is not good.

Figuring out your food sensitivities is a crucial step to reducing inflammation and getting to the root cause of these symptoms.

So how do we do that?

Well, there are a few options. There are different functional food sensitivity testing that look at IgG and IgA antibodies. They will give you information about those foods that are tripping up your immune system.  Or, you can try to take out inflammatory foods and see how you feel.

I have designed a program to help uncover common food sensitivities in a way that you won’t miss those foods you are eliminating.

My 14-Day Winter Cleanse can help you identify hidden food sensitivities. It is not a forever diet,  it’s just one of the ways we help your body reset – removing the culprits most likely to be causing you problems. Once you’ve gotten back to a good baseline, you can begin slowly adding foods back in; it’s a great way to learn which ones may not be right for you right now.

During my signature food-as-medicine program, you will create sustainable healthy habits, meal plan with ease, increase your veggie intake, make simple and delicious dishes, engage in easy-to-do self care rituals, and stay motivated by me and an amazing community. It’s an easy way to get back on track with your health and stay the course.
