Ingredients
1 head kale, washed and thoroughly dried
2 tablespoons coconut or avocado oil
Celtic Sea Salt, for sprinkling
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.Remove the ribs from the kale and tear into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Lay on a baking sheet and toss with the oil and salt. Bake until crisp, about 20 minutes. Serve as finger food.
Notes
The important trick with this recipe is to make sure the kale is dry before you bake it! You want it to come out crispy, not soggy.
