Ingredients
1 cup water or coconut water
1 handful kale
1 handful spinach
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup frozen aloe vera chunks
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Place everything in the blender. Blend until smooth. Can add protein powder if desired. Enjoy!
