2 organic zucchinis, chopped
3/4 cup raw tahini
2 TBSP nutritional yeast
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, chopped 2 1/2 tsp.
Celtic sea salt
Blend all ingredients in the blender until smooth.
A great way to use all of those zucchinis in summer!
This dip also makes a great salad dressing!
